Joining a church can mean many things to many people. Some seek out the Creator, a faith and community when they feel they have lost their way. Some are seeking a deeper life purpose while others are looking for a way to connect to a community, strength or cultural identity. It is our belief that the Church, at its core, is about the vertical relationship with our Creator and living from that relationship for horizontal fellowship and witness.
At Piercing Faith Church, we encourage individuals of all ages and backgrounds to holistically engage the Creator in Christ. We are committed to living out the teachings that Jesus Christ (Yeshua Messiah) taught his Apostles as recorded in the word of God. We are here to spread His message with loving patience and kindness.

PRAYER AND FASTING 2023
40 DAYS of PRAYER & FASTING
The 40 Days of Prayer is inspired by Yeshua’s (Jesus) journey in the wilderness as recorded in Matthew 4:1-11, where he was led by the Spirit and fasted for 40 days and 40 nights resisting the temptations of Satan through use of Scripture.
Our forty days this year will be broken up into 10 days each quarter and will serve as a time of prayer and fasting to draw closer to our heavenly Father and strengthen our personal commitment to a lifestyle of faith and holiness. Daily prayer time brings great hope, encouragement, and strength. We encourage you to participate as you are able, and as always be led by the Holy Ghost.

Belief Statement
Accordingly, the leadership and many dedicated volunteers are committed to an application and interpretation of Scriptures in alignment with the teachings of Jesus (Yeshua) and the Apostles whom He taught and empowered to teach forward by faith. We believe that whatever we do in word or deed should all be done in the name of the Lord Jesus
(Col. 2:17).
Piercing Faith Church is a Christ (Messiah) centered fellowship of believers and seekers. As such, we believe that the Holy Scriptures, both Old and New Testaments, are the inspired Word of God, without error in the original manuscripts. They contain the complete revelation of His will for the salvation of humanity and are the divine and final authority and source for all things pertaining to doctrine, faith and the navigation of everyday life.
Meet Our Pastor: Suffragan Bishop AZ Jones, Jr.

Saved for 40 years with 37 years of those years in active ministry

Over 25 years of collective experience in organizational management, grant writing,
program development and coordination, support group facilitation, family mediation and
executive director leadership -
Has served the body of Christ in various capacities (Apostolic Faith Temple and
M.W.D.D.C) and currently serves as the Senior Pastor of Piercing Faith Church in the
City of St. Paul and Suffragan Bishop in the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World -
Married to Sharon Denise for 42 years and has 3 lovely daughters, two wonderful sons
in-law and nine awesome grandchildren -
Has a deep passion for music (singing, writing and playing) and enjoys working out,
reading, watching his granddaughters run track and fishing for crappies -
Holds a B.S. Degree in Organizational Leadership from Northwestern University and an MSW Degree (clinical) from the University of St. Catherine/St. Thomas, and postgraduate certificates in Executive Director Leadership, Ministry leadership, and Family Mediation
